Its a great book but I picked the wrong one. I should have paid better attention and picked the big game guide.

67 years old first big game hunt this year, bagged my elk! Have tried several recipes from this book and just love them. The actual hunt information is so detailed and technical - thank you Steven Rinella - this book is a true gem! (The picture is Osso Buco served over my homemade polenta - made with shanks from my elk absolutely out of this world)

This is the best book it's laid out well and so much information and pictures I watch the show and I like watching Steven he's taught me so much about hunting and fishing
