The day is finally here! Steven Rinella worked closely with our friends at Peak Refuel to develop new meal flavors for the backcountry. As Steve can attest, one of the most influential factors to a successful hunt is proper nutrition. It gives you the energy to keep chasing critters through the mountains.

Steve's Goulash recipe uses American Buffalo as the lead protein and it was a no-brainer! These bison are sourced from Durham Ranch out of Gillette, WY, and we owe it to ranchers like them for keeping these animals on the landscape and preventing them from extinction.
