What's not to admire!?

The book is absolutely stunning on its own - the organization, photos, and flow of all the recipes. Danielle does such a great job explaining concepts that are foreign to me and make me WANT to try things I have never put on my plate. I am looking forward to trying these recipes and how fortunate it's organized by season so I can start right away with Spring recipes.

Amazing recipes for a wild game enthusiast

My husband ordered this book for me after I was complaining about not having enough cookbooks that had recipes specifically for wild game. After this book arrived in the mail, I began quickly flipping through it and realized this was going to be my new go to cookbook! I love how the recipes are arranged by seasons. For someone like me who loves to hunt, fish, garden, and forage… I found this to be so useful! We already tried the sage tenderloin with creamy potatoes (except I substituted for butternut squash pureee I had left from my summer garden) and it was impeccable. Cannot wait to try every recipe in this book!
