Once this individually hand-selected pot call has been prepped and tuned using the included condition stone, it will coax in the most call-shy gobblers in damn near any conditions. The black walnut pot, crystal surface, slate soundboard, and osage orange striker join to make realistic clucks, purrs, and high-pitched, two-tone yelps.

Watched the video and ordered the slate. Beautiful sounds! Love the Osage orange striker! Thanks very much!! Jim

I bought this as a gift. But couldn’t help but open it and check it out!! What a beautiful set up!! I guess I’ll have to splurge and get one for myself before they get bought up.

#1081 got scratched up and went right in my turkey gear chest rig. I loved the story behind the call and the craftsmanship that made it.

This is suppose to be a high quality call that will last and have a consistent and unique tone, or be a show piece, it fails at both these. The surface is not glass but plastic. The cut out in the wood for the plastic surface is chipped, the edge of the plastic is chipped, you can see the glue holding the plastic piece in, the center piece with the words "line 1" is not in the center, it is tight to one side and has a bad revel. Super disappointed, I feel like I got ripped off, hustled, and bought a good story but a cheap call.

So my first one arrived and was defective. The slate was lose inside. I contacted customer service that day and they took care of it and no I have my new one which is perfect. Considering the limited availability of the product I felt that they went above and beyond and not to mention super fast. The call is beautiful and I haven't been able to bring myself to scratch it up but I'm sure that if it sounds as good as it looks then it will bring every old tom on the mountain in to me.

The call is very nice. The packaging is nice as well. I liked the idea of the call. $300 is just way to much money for this call. Just about any call in the $70 to $100 range would be just as nice.

Very unique call and it sounds good. Way overpriced. I hope some of the profits get donated to conservation efforts.
