We have every cookbook so naturally I had to purchase the latest. It did not disappoint. Excellent recipe that are well written with a bit of humor. The photos and directions are perfect. Another great book!

I liked the variety of recipes and think I will enjoy trying them. I would have preferred more pictures to go with each recipe. Also when it arrived the paper cover was torn. I currently have all of the meateater cookbooks and this will be a great addition.

I need never cook indoors again. Outdoor grilling is supposed to be one of those instinctive acts so seeing it actually spelled out and explained is nothing short of a revelation. Highly recommended.

I love this book. It has so much useful information to make you a better cook and outdoorsman. There are tons of useful techniques and ideas to add to the mental toolbox to solve problems that will inevitably arise when camping or even just when you break something in the kitchen. Steve's writing is great as always.
