The 12", light-weight, double-insulated Guide Boot is a hunter’s necessity! With over 50 years of building pacs, Hoffman takes pride in hand-making our leather uppers in Kellogg, Idaho. They import only the world’s finest hand-laid 200-gram insulated rubber bottoms, with a built-in 9mm felt insole for additional warmth. An additional 200-gram removable Thinsulate liner is added for warmth. Their premium 7-7 ½ ounce USA oil-tanned leather uppers are second to none! They are built to fit the contour of your leg, which allows for all-day comfort and support. The vulcanized lug traction sole was designed to keep you on your feet when Mother Nature fails to cooperate. This boot is designed for hunters who are mobile in mild to cooler weather conditions.

For the price, these boots seem like a great choice for any sort of cold weather outing. I bout them thinking they would be a good boot for a late September moose hunt, and I can safely say they do the job.

Get a PAC and never look Back

After being tired of freezing my feet in Muck boots all the time, I decided on a pair of these Hoffman's. I'd wear them in the summer if I could. In the few months I've had them, I don't have a single complaint. From sitting on a hillside in -20 C hunting whitetail, on the ice fishing for walleye, to doing chores on the farm, hiking or even just to wear around town. I'm half excited for the temps to dive even deeper just to see how much I can really get out of these boots. No break-in necessary, just get after it.
