Fully Flocked Orange and Maple BBQ Rub
Won’t use anything but this from now on
I smoked a couple mallard breasts with skin on, maple syrup, and this orange maple rub. Amazing! The overwhelming iron taste that duck usually has was completely gone. And my wife who hated duck meat, now says she would rather have it over steak. First off, I owe credit to Steve Rinella for instructions on how to make it. But the overall delicious flavor is all in the rub. Well done, I will be buying more as long as it's avaliable.
