ZERO STARS. I followed the size chart and this Darkwater Logo Hoody is WAY TOO SMALL. I ordered another hoodie in the same size and it is sewn according to the size chart perfectly. What's even worse is I ordered with the BOGO deal and this is the hoody I got "for free" therefore if I return it, I get ZERO dollars back. Customer Service told me I can use my return credit of "$0" and purchase a new hoody - what a deal! I cannot exchange it because bigger sizes in this hoody are not in stock. I asked if I could exchange it for a different hoody and was told no. I will never order from First Lite again.

Hey Marie,

Thank you for reaching out. I am terribly sorry to hear about the issues you are having with this item. I'm not quite sure who you spoke to in the Customer Service department but we would be more than happy to get this taken care of for you as long as this item meets the parameters for a return or exchange. You were told correctly as this item cannot be exchanged for a different item, as our system does not allow exchanges with different SKU's; However we can look into this order to see what can be done. Once again I do apologize for this issue. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team for any further questions.

Best,

DO NOT BUY unless you plan ahead and buy two sizes big. We’ve washed it twice in cold water and hung to dry…it’s so short now I can’t wear it. I love the look but even before it shrunk I wasn’t a huge fan of the material.

Terrible quality material and shrinks far worse than any other brand I’ve owned. Highly suggest choosing a different brand especially since First Lite customer service was unwilling to remedy the issue amicably. Will not purchase another product from this company for that reason.

Fits great (6'2", 215) warm to mid 40's. Looks good too.
