Jean-Paul Bourgeois Seasonings 6 pack
Thoughtfully curated by wild game connoisseur and MeatEater Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois, these spices will have your taste buds begging for more.
Submarine
Designed with our swimming friends in mind, this blend boasts fresh green herbs like chive, marjoram, and parsley while packing a punch of garlic, salt, and chili flake. Other than the fish or seafood itself this is the only ingredient you need
Game Changer
Perfect on all game especially ducks, geese, whitetail, and other venison species. This blend uses fall spices like paprika, brown sugar, and sage which are mixed perfectly with soy sauce granules, miso granules, and Worcestershire granules. It's great applied directly to meat or can be the main ingredient in a robust marinade.
Andouille
Andouille is the king of cajun sausages and this blend recreates the flavors of cajun country no matter where in the country you call home. If making sausage then this blend can be your go-to if you want to explore recipes from Louisiana. This blend is spicy, and smokey and carries a touch of sweetness.
Viet Cajun
Formulated as a Viet Cajun bratwurst blend, this seasoning is also incredible on grilled fish and roasted vegetables. Coriander, white pepper, and black pepper are balanced by the floral editions of lemon grass, cilantro, garlic, and galangal root.
Creole Tomato Chorizo
One of my personal favorites, this blend is as big and bold as you can get. This blend was created to produce some incredible chorizo sausage and uses ingredients like tomato powder, cilantro, dried chilis, cumin, coriander, and black pepper to achieve the flavors of this iconic Mexican sausage. It also acts as a great blend to season a pot of beans with, to scramble eggs with, and is also one of the best blends to use for big pots of chili.
Breakfast Blend
Who doesn't love a solid breakfast sausage patty? This blend was created with those cold post-hunt mornings in mind when all you need is a warm substantial bite of a home-cooked breakfast. Maple powders, dark and brown light sugar, sage, and fennel all work together with the spices of black pepper, and chili flake which gives a welcomed sweet and spicy hug to all of your taste buds.
