GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility. The MeatEater Season 13 Premiere Celebration Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of MeatEater, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor. This Giveaway is sponsored by MeatEater, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 131 Discovery Drive, Bozeman, MT 59718.
3. Entry Period. Entries will be accepted in-store only during the MeatEater Season 13 Premiere Celebration events taking place on Sunday, October 20, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM local time at both MeatEater retail store locations:
- Bozeman, MT: 129 W Main St, Bozeman, MT 59715
- Brookfield, WI: 340 N Lord Street, Brookfield, WI 53045
All entries must be received before the event ends.
4. How to Enter. To enter, attendees must visit either participating MeatEater retail store during the event and complete an official entry form (digital or physical) including a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize. One (1) winner at each participating location will receive a $200 MeatEater Store gift card. Gift card may be used in-store or online at Meateater.com. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $200. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the event. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days following the event. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received at each location.
8. Publicity. By entering, participants grant MeatEater, Inc. the right to use their name, likeness, and entry information (excluding personal contact details) for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy. All personal information collected during this Giveaway will be handled in accordance with MeatEater’s Privacy Policy available at www.themeateater.com/privacy-policy.
10. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MeatEater, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize.
12. Governing Law. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Montana and the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
