Two years later, we’re excited to release the latest rendition of this superb hunting and cooking tool. The MeatCrafter® Knife 2.0 is simply the best boning, processing, and cooking knife available on the market. Every single Meatcrafter® Knife is assembled, sharpened, and finished in the hands of trained cutlers at Benchmade’s factory in Oregon City, Oregon—all with materials sourced within the United States of America.

This is a serious knife designed specifically for handling wild game. Every aspect of the product has been carefully designed to create a top-of-the-line boning knife that holds great edge retention, can flex around a femur, delicately trim silver skin, and slice cleanly through big hunks of meat—and do it all well. 

There are already a great many hunting knives on the market, but your needs in the field are different than those in the garage or the kitchen. Father’s Day came early

I had been waiting on the one meat eater knife to come back in stock forever and then I saw this knife for my husband. He is very happy with it and can’t wait to use it as his “catch all” knife. I couldn’t hold onto it until Father’s Day so he got it 3 weeks early!
