Beautiful finishing salt

At the recommendation of Chef Kevin, I've been using this salt for about a month now. I use it to finish meats, veggies and desserts, and use it during cooking for dishes and marinades that I want to be richly salty like Carne Asada tacos. I make a dark chocolate custard in my sous vide and a pinch of this salt goes perfectly on top to add a textured luxuriance.
